Membership in Kingston Native Centre and Language Nest is available to individuals interested in furthering KNCLN purposes and who have applied for and been accepted into membership by the board. There are three classes of members in KNCLN;
- self identified Indigenous adults shall have voting rights
- all adult learners of Indigenous language(s) shall have voting rights,
- members under the age of 18 and other non-Indigenous adults are nonvoting
Individuals interested in applying for membership may send an email to info@kingstonnativecentre.org . Applications will be reviewed by the Directors monthly and by resolution accept or decline the application.
Membership is annual and renewed each September 1.
