Foraging Walks

These walks aim to strengthen the human relationship with our plant relatives. Throughout these walks, participants learn how to identify, assess, respectfully harvest and incorporate wild foods and medicines to their daily diet.

Building Your bundles

Our bundle building program is a program that aims to encourage culture and community through traditional and ceremonial activities. Each participant can choose workshops based on their personal bundle or role within the community

Intergenerational Strength and Resiliency Program

Peer counselling/ relationship building - Community outreach support --Workshops, cultural, and land-based learning opportunities -- Knowledge sharing --Resources, community connections and referrals (planning in circle of care) --Client lead Wellness Planning. Our program supports all self-identifying urban Indigenous community members, and families. Indigenous Language Revitalization

We offer programming in Anishinaabemowin (Ojibwe language, Anishinaabe) and Kanyen’kéha (Mohawk language, Kanyen’kehá:ka, Haudenosaunee Confederacy). We offer weekly in-person beginner Anishinaabemowin classes, and organize various language events throughout the year!
